INFORMED RESPONSES TO STATEMENT OF ADMINISTRATON POLICY (SAP) ON H.R. 985,

Thanks to Tom Devine & Adam Miles from GAP for producing the following response to the Bush Administration's SAP against protecting whistle-blowers thru bi-partisan legislation

The President intends to nominate James X. Dempsey, of California, to be a Member of the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board for an initial five-year term expiring 01/29/13

President George W. Bush today announced his intention to nominate one individual and designate one individual to serve in his Administration.

The President intends to designate James A. Williams, of Virginia, to be Acting Administrator of the General Services Administration.

Sibel Edmonds Case: FBI files "formal complaint" with Sunday Times

Well, the Mainstream 'American' Media (MSM) may not be interested in the case of Sibel Edmonds, former FBI whistle-blower but its looks the the FBI is after the Sunday Times of London ran a few articles about her case.  Unfortuantely, they are not interested in her case per se just the fact that the Sunday Times ran their stories.
