Open letter re: destroyed Justice Dept. emails

Liberty Coalition and other organizations sent out this open letter yesterday to key members of Congress urging them to follow through on their oversight responsibilities and investigate why so many emails have disappeared from the Department of Justice.

DOJ eyes Kan. complaint against federal prosecutor By ROXANA HEGEMAN

A political activist targeted in a federal obstruction investigation in Kansas said she has filed a complaint with the Justice Department alleging prosecutorial misconduct in a grand jury investigation of her role in the case of a doctor whose clinic has been linked by prosecutors to 59 overdose deaths.
